My blood pressure was a bit higher than usual this morning, but I will take another lecture tomorrow to see if it's going back up again. My blood pressure has a tendency to creep up when I don't measure it frequently, and I find that on weekdays I don't have enough time in the morning to take a lecture, and I don't like having to measure it in the evening (too noisy).
