Still meeting my target of 1/2 lb down per week. Slow and steady. Trying to make sure my metabolism doesn't drop so I can restore my hormones after almost 2 years of dieting.
95.0 kg Lost so far: 10.7 kg.    Still to go: 4.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
