It looks like you've dropped your carbs in the last week. That will result in your glycogen and associated water weight being stripped from your body and adjustments in water weight will go some way to explaining the large drop.

Possibly you have just shifted off the plateau. Your weight has been fairly steady recently. Just a bit up and down.

Well I do hope I'm off the plateau and I did multiple weighings this morning but I would not be surprised if it were scales inaccuracies as to drop a kg overnight is impossible. I doubt it's water loss as I drink lots of water, we'll see what tomorrow brings!

Get something you know the weight of - like a dumbbell/kettlebell if you have one (handiest) or a gallon of milk (about 8.6lbs) / big bag of flour (4 - 10kg)and weigh it to see how 'out' your scales are

The digital scales are just plain crazy, they can vary by .7 kg over repeated readings seconds apart. I always take the average or if there's only a smal variation, the highest. I've really got to buy some new ones - well these are new - I've got to buy some reliable ones. Oh, and read up on glycogen, in the context of the endocrine system and metabolic function, preferably from a comprehensive book on the subject.
