It seems like everytime that I start working on this weight going down, something comes up and sidelines me. I have to put my foot down and make this first priority.

It is really easy to become derailed. How about making yourself a priority, aim for a daily appereance, log all your food, be honest and kind with yourself and just take one step at a time. You can do this, for you, your health and your daughter :)
