Well I've been eating clean for about a week now. I did take a break on Sunday but I didn't overdo the portions. I have so much more energy not eating bread or pasta and the increase of fruits and veges make me feel great! Maintaining my loss so far of two pounds!
78.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 19.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
