It helps I've got a really bad cold... :-) I'm just not eating much but at the same time, I'm really doing nothing at all, no housework, no exercising, nothing. I'm going heavy on the protein and that's giving me fuel to burn off fat. I've actually got some protein coffee; drink coffee, get a protein hit. I get it from Bulk Powders. I got lamb hearts too, have to order them special from my butchers, they don't have them in stock, he says, as housewives these days don't know how to cook! Lamb hearts are like protein bombs. Tasty, too!
138.8 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 29.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Protein is great for cell repair, in conjunction with a progressive resistance programme it can help you maintain as much LBM (muscle) as possible, in surplus with progressive resistance can help you build muscle ...but in isolation as part of your diet I'd go easy if you're not moving much cos of your cold ...as in watch your calorie intake and ensure you get a good nutritional balance to get better. Hope you feel better soon

I'm not eating a lot. In the evening I had two sausages and some powdered greens and fruits for carbs. It all seems to be working out anyway :-)
