I'm still recovering from surgery. I think I tried to be active to early. I had a little setback, but doing ok!

78.0 kg Lost so far: 6.2 kg. Still to go: 9.9 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 1.8 kg a Week

Awe, I hope your healing quickly, take it easy be good to yourself. Tomorrow will be a better day. I had a set back myself to its only temporary
