Up a pound but am confident I can get it right back off. I indulged in one big lunch, two big breakfasts and three cocktails while in DC this weekend and thoroughly enjoyed them. Except for the after-lunch cupcake. It was just okay and now I know that I don't need one next time. Lots of walking helped offset all the time spent sitting at the cheer competition and in the car. We've got about three inches of snow on the ground to kick off spring, but the sun is out now and it's supposed to warm up and be breezy this afternoon. Looks to be another nice day for a walk.
72.6 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
