Had tummy tuck surgery a couple of weeks ago. Still recovering. This was the first time stepping on the scale since then.

83.9 kg Lost so far: 70.3 kg. Still to go: 4.5 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 0.6 kg a Week

Thanks! That was the first question I asked! They removed about 5.5 lbs of loose skin around my entire waist.
