Wow crazy what can happen when you are not focussed for a few days. Well I guess once again today is the first day moving forward no looking back...too depressing. I did not make good food choices the last few days, but I did exercise. Strengthening on Saturday, 45 minutes of shoveling (gotta love winter)and a half hour walk on Sunday and finally dragged myself out of bed this morning at 6 to get on the bike trainer for 30 minutes. I did all my meal planning and prep yesterday so no reason to make bad last minute choices this week. Hope everyone had a great weekend:)
