so I'm starting to see some progress. I'm quite overweight right now so I'm fully aware that the start is the easiest part because you only need small changes to start seeing an impact but I'm off to a good start. I'm feeling positive and I feel like mentally I'm in a good place which is half the battle sometimes. I've been turning down cake and chocolate when it's been passed my way and other then jaffa cakes (i sometimes have a couple when I want a sweet treat but not chocolate) and so far i feel like the changes I'm making are ones I can realistically keep up. I'm also being more active,going to the gym every other day and mixing my sessions between cardio and weights and I can already feel myself toning up. all in all, I positive start.
118.4 kg Lost so far: 2.6 kg.    Still to go: 48.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
