Weigh the same today. Just makes me more motivated to get up and go outside. But! It's raining. So I did 110 leg lifts and I've started doing set-ups.
1st day-10 set-ups.
81.2 kg Lost so far: 3.0 kg.    Still to go: 13.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
