So I've been trying really hard on my diet this week. If it begins with C and is a herb, couscous or a vegetable then I've not touched it and some of my favourite food begins with C, triple C's are the worst, chocolate cheesecake (you know what I mean) chocolate chip cookies, double C's are just as bad cheesy chips, chips and curry sauce. You see ware I'm going with this. But not now. I have to change my eating habits or I'm going to die young. And it will be my own fault. So here i am, taking my first steps and really honestly trying.
