well after being ill last week i rested from exercise and didnt diet as i thought the body didnt need more stress being in a deficit.SAying that i still lost a lb so am happy haha.Back to it today, 2 hr sprint seshion at the track n an hr gym sesh...back to it...grrrr :)
72.6 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.5 kg a Week
