Ya know...this process is a bit maddening at times. Jan. 25th, I begin at my highest ever, 290. Feb. 4th, I arrive at 278.2 (pretty happily I must say. And yes I know it's always fast at first because you're dropping water weight) This morning, drum roll please, 278. A whopping .2 lb. drop. <heavy sigh> At the risk of exposing my age, I must leave you with a song. "Que sera, sera...whatever will be will be..."
