About the same today and yesterday, worked a lot and got a nice vintage couch moved... but overate some at Hooters. Still at the same weight so that's a plus. If I'm lucky some time at the gym and yoga will help :)
Trying to figure out the best way to put in an adapted recipe on this My Fitness Pal app though... it's tricky =/
I'm wondering if I should count all the ingredients separate and give it the counts of macros and nutrients by portion?
I made about 6 cups of Sweet Potato soup but loaded it with carrots and broccoli.
