My abs are rock hard, due to the roller ab wheel sets. It also promotes a better core stability when I jog / walk.
88.0 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 15.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 6.4 kg a Week

How long have you been doing the roller ab wheel sets?

Over a month now. I was doing other low intensity ab workouts, like leg raises, planks just to name a few for now over 5 months and the next highest is the leg raises on a chin up bar, but since I don't have a good one, I went to the next hardest thing which is a roller abs wheel. Now I am challenging myself for this whole month just doing the abs wheel and the planks sets. I am also walking / jogging for 60 minutes a day, but officially is not part of the challenge. I just add it as a finisher to burn any fat circulating in my system after the squats, planks and abs roller sets. I still have problems up loading a picture. Can you give me some tips?
