Stomach is growling exponentially but that's to be expected with large calorie and carb reduction. Wanting to keep carbs at 50, had 69 yesterday so I'm almost there.
72.1 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 17.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
