February 2015 I weighed 280 pounds, 11 months later I am down 120 pounds. With 40 left to go, the last 40 seems to be the hardest. Was hoping to have the whole 160 pounds lost in one year but looks like it will take a couple of months past my goal. Never Give Up!
73.0 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 18.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
