Disappointed with the scale this morning. Perhaps it was the Pino Noir.
60.8 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Yea, alcohol can work in two ways. It make the scale go down because of dehydration or it can make it go up because of calories, lol! As long as you enjoyed it, get back on plan and you will be fine. Gotta live while you lose.
