Really slowing down and this weather is not helping. Ice, snow, temps in the 20's. Found out my cholesterol is creeping up so now I am having to watch the eggs and bacon, etc. Crap. Have been craving carbs or just different foods and yesterday I broke down and ate light clam chowder with SALTINES --It was like tasting chocolate--and then I ate pizza last night!! So, maybe I got it out of my system. I think I need to stay at 20-25 GM carbs because it has always been too hard for me to get BELOW 185 in the past. I just need to hang in there.
