I seem to be going up and down like a yo-yo, lately. I need to really buckle down and make a bigger effort to lose weight, again. I felt so much better when i was down to 174. "Not having time to exercise" isn't a good excuse ~ i need to MAKE time.
87.5 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 17.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Gaining 0.9 kg a Week
