Got invited out to dinner yesterday and still made it to the gym afterwards :) I ate a lot of awesome but apparently super dense carb/fat food... so I didn't really lose any weight but I didn't gain any either. Guess I can't complain about that lol...
My plan to regularly go to the gym and follow fitness models and various motivation groups on social media definitely seems to help keep me excited about going-- I'm still working on counting what I eat and eating as cleanly as possible.
