I'm actually back down to 162 again... there was some fluctuation this week due to a pre-planned surf and turf outing but on the plus side it gives me extra motivation for my gym time. Hopefully I can find some sort of routine, along with prepping my own food so the scale continues to dip.

(Although if I'm gaining muscle and losing fat I don't mind at all)
73.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 14.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.3 kg a Week
