im quite surprised i thought i would have put on more since my last weigh in im quite happy with that actually especially over xmas and new year im no longer counting calories or worrying about my weight but i am trying to eat healthier portions its always been quantity with me not what i'm eating so i am following a piece of advice from a random stranger i talked to on a bus and that is instead of using a dinner plate use a sandwich plate for my meals and i think its working im not eating as much and i still feel full the other thing i am following is only eating between certain times i have chosen 12noon to 9pm as i have never been a breakfast person and i wouldn't normally eat until then anyway but i have been known to eat right up until i nod off at 1am on occasion the other thing i have done is get a keep fit buddy it so happens that is my boyfriend i push him to get fitter and he does me but we both agreed that my weight doesnt matter its the fitness level that do and if i lose weight i lose weight if i dont i dont no pressure i think that this is a healthier way of looking at it if i want it to be more long term other wise im gonna keep trying these crash diets or starving myself and then it makes me unhappy and then i eat and eat and EAT!!! so hence the change in mind set
