Been making the gym a priority again after the holidays, it's helping but I really have to watch my impulse eating... I'm making some fresh goals for caffeine and water intake, hopefully it'll help along with going to the gym on a more regular basis.
73.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 14.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
