Although a naughty day yesterday and went over my 770 calories and also eating a sandwich...Must stay away from bread....Husbands fault as he wanted toast with his tummy bug .......Back on track today....love it I have lost 2 lbs overnight......Aiming for 9-10 lbs for the first month and already on track.....82 lbs still to go for 01st February 2017....

Looking forward to my one meal today of slow cooked kleftico lamb with cauli mash and steamed green veg coated in organic butter - might have one glass of red wine with it
100.1 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 36.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
