Took awhile to find the new Journal area. Am working on staying "on track" with my "tracking". I ran out of data time on my phone and really got lazy with my tracking and thought I could track carbs in my head... I am not there yet. Found a GREAT snack---pork rinds.... but, whoops, I CANNOT eat the whole bag... no carbs but they are fried and the whole bag is 500 calories!! The girls at church say they can tell I have lost!! Right now I am at 15# and 7 inches.
Now, how will my 2nd month go? One of my goals was to CONTINUE into the 2nd month.. so I met another goal!
86.3 kg Lost so far: 9.4 kg.    Still to go: 13.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
