I feel like my exercise has not been on point since the week of Thanksgiving, so I plan on getting back on track with walking and moving. I went on a nice two hour hike/walk yesterday and I was very pleased with how much more strength and stamina I have. It use to be so hard just to get up the first hill, and now I can crush many hills without losing my breath or stopping. It may seem small to some, but that is so significant to me.
I have also decided to stop looking at the scale so much. I have been weighing myself daily (or just about daily), but only recording my Monday morning weight. I feel, however, that I do better when I am not looking at the scale each morning. The more I look at it, the more it seems to not move...the less it moves, the more I seem to want to weigh myself. It is just an ugly, vicious cycle!
Other than that, yesterday's church message was super amazing and I can't wait to put more focus towards God and my faith. Have a great and productive week everyone!
