As I might've mentioned before I was thinking about restarting my food logs that include weight watchers points (plus) vs a log of calories that I'm intaking on a regular, daily basis. This used to work for me as kind of a loose guide, I say loose because it worked but also because it's mostly WW tools-less since I have just a calculator and won't pay tons of money for extra frills (besides a gym membership apparently).

Anywho, I seem to have gotten back into the groove of logging this week :)
Hitting the mark for 159 on the scale was a little too unpleasant so I took a better look at how much snacking and the types of food I'm eating (so not enough veggies and water)! But so far so good, I've been insanely busy with two jobs so my walking counts are way higher than usual since I do retail at grocery stores but I'm just happy to see progress.

Hoping it'll keep going!
71.2 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 12.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
