Things seem to be getting back on track again... I've been watching the scale fluctuate so I've been checking what I eat more regularly and I think it's helping. My current goal is to work in some gym time and maybe do some weight watchers points plus vs calorie monitoring to help keep track of what I'm really eating.
I notice that because I have little prep time I tend to go for easy things and that's not always good later on =/
71.0 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 12.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 1.0 kg a Week
