Did some weights, did some chocolate covered peanuts (carbs + protein), then had a large chicken breast, took on some water, now we'll watch it fall off over the next few days and hopefully take some fat with it :-)
149.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 40.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 7.9 kg a Week
