The exercise at home wasn't working well because that's when everyone wants something or my 2 yr old feels he needs to participate in my session (which, don't get me wrong, is more fun but not much work is done). So I took the decision to sign up with a gym. I'm 2 weeks into it and it's not going bad at all. Wish me luck. I've also been slacking off with logging my food, hoping to change that.
