Calories in calories out is a joke. According to several different calculators, and my walking watch, I burn way more calories than I consume, and still cannot seem to lose or even keep off weight. 22353 less than I ate. If anything I overestimate what I eat a bit, and don't bother to try to keep track of little amounts of exercise that would add up to more. In October I should have LOST 6.38 pounds, instead of gaining 6. It makes me want to give up. At least my feet and knees don't hurt like they do with another 5-10 pounds. I guess I seriously need to start stationary cycling. And I can feel that I am getting hit by my traditional fall sluggishness, and the light will change tonight chopping off another hour of daylight.
74.8 kg Lost so far: 12.7 kg.    Still to go: 15.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
