Almost none ok but I can see some small traces of ketosis this morning. My weight is increased but I didn't go to the gym yesterday and I also don't feel perfectly fine with my stomach today. I guess some days just happens to be bloated and not 100% myself. Tonight I've my Body Attack class...to help me butn some calories!
