Hard exercise, weights, seems to do this, maybe because of the creatine I take. I'll cut back again.
149.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 40.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 6.4 kg a Week

Hi Bill.....good u r off the creatine. ...stuck to straight protein. ..around 60 to 80 gms max..and around 120gms carbs and 25gms fat. ...walk /run and stretch. ...weights only twice week...man it comes off at a steady and manageable pace....good luck.

I meant I'd cut back on the weights! I'm not taking protein supplements as such right now, just a small creatine stack in the morning, just to use it up really. I'm thinking instead of doing 5x5 reps squats I'll just do 2 x 5 as it seems I can do that without weight loss being compromised. I'll do nothing for a few days then start on that and see what happens.
