That was the hardest dog gone pound to lose. Going for a hike as exercise today :)
88.0 kg Lost so far: 1.2 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Outdoor exercise is my favorite kind . . . take time to enjoy the view(s) along the way and at the top!

Great hike 6.7 miles in and out at two hours and 9 minutes the falls were gorgeous
