Not at a record setting pace anymore but I honestly have not been trying as hard with the diet. I've incorporated a lot more exercise, though. Running, weight lifting, pushups, etc. I just generally feel better and my wife has seen the difference! I still want to lose another 20 lbs by Thanksgiving so I'm not done yet!
100.8 kg Lost so far: 10.8 kg.    Still to go: 10.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
