Weight is same as yesterday but I have small traces of ketosis. Yesterday afternoon I did by myself my second injection, I'm thinking on taking only B12 on Wednesdays
58.8 kg Lost so far: 3.1 kg.    Still to go: 6.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
