so it is the day after THanksgiving. I have not really cared about things lately obviously since I have gained., However, which I know I have said this before, I am now serious. The reason being; I have decided to start running. Well, did I have a reality check. My knee joints are hurting. THis is due, to what I believe, is me carrying the extra weight the size of my 10 year old on me. Carrying around 64 extra pounds while trying to walk/run a 5k is hard. So I have decided to rest the knees for the next few days. Then I will start with walking a half hour everyday until I lose 20 pounds. (my first goal of 10% loss) Then I will get back to c25k (couch to 5k) I enjoyed the c25k while I could do it, and I know that once I lose some weight it will be achievable. plus I will feel better, have more energy, wont be tired all day, and believe the pain in my shoulder will be gone. I am motivated and excitedc25k
