Been afraid to get on the scale this whole quitting smoking thing is reeking havoc with my diet and exercise. I'm just over 2 weeks in and still not smoking so that's good, but up weight wise. So depressing after struggling so hard to lose it. Oh well my trainer says that its actually easier to burn fat when your not smoking, so whatever I but on should be easier to lose once I've adjusted. I know its the right decision to make and I'm just trying to push through.
112.7 kg Lost so far: 2.1 kg.    Still to go: 31.0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
