Focused on learning how to do squats correctly today-- it's not an easy feat! Also worked on my core at home since I was tight on available gym time.
70.6 kg Lost so far: 2.0 kg.    Still to go: 11.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.0 kg a Week
