16-3 fully clothed...had a diabetic check last week, they are concerned that my cholesterol has shot up to over 5 again but I did stop the new statins as they were giving me so much muscle and joint pains....So much has happened these last few months with family bereavements followed by serious family illness, it has been hard coping!
