192 today no biggie, I just need to get back into working harder :)

But on the brighter side of life my waist is still a 32, I am hovering around 11-13% BF BMI of course say I am overweight still but I don't listen much to BMI
87.1 kg Lost so far: 2.1 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
