Did 3.5 kms walking today and took 46 mins for it.
99.3 kg Lost so far: 2.9 kg.    Still to go: 24.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.3 kg a Week

@ HCB - running is going on. try to sneak in a run whenever i get time. need to be consistent. now
