week 23 Day1: we went swimming for 4 hrs yesterday. I didnt swim laps, but i was playing with my 4year old the entire time. My 4yr old is 45lbs. Hes so tall he wears 6t clothing...We had alot of fun. Im paying for it though, my back is sore.
After todays weigh in, I discovered why my scale went wonky: said 4yr old messed with my settings- i was an athletic 5'4 man 🤣 Specifying athlete only makes a difference for estimated calories, i believe.
i fixed my settings, non-athletic 5'2 female. Weight remained the same but my BMI and BF% returned to normal.... sadly. 😅😩

Pshaw. Playing in the pool for 4 hours sounds like athlete to me! 😉

yeah, if I switch it I gain or lose multiple lbs of muscle as well 🤣 I actually leave mine on athlete mode but I still trust nothing but the weight from it

My basic scale just gives me my weight, and sometimes that's TMI 😂

I don't understand why the change between athlete and not is causing questions. Since muscle weighs more the percentages (ave) would be wrong unless adjusted? Or whet am i missing?
