bloated a little bit and trying to do better than I did last week on my calories and carb and Praise God I'm still doing good on my recovery today makes 15days post op and physical therapist has me walking around with a cane most of the time and only use the walker at night if I get up to use restroom and when I first wake up as your body isn't fully awake when you first wake up. Praise God for everything he's doing for me the pain is better than before with the most of it between 5pm-5am during the night time I am still on pain meds but I'm breaking them into and only taking them about every 6hr if needed for pain so it's getting better than it was those first few days after surgery actually I am doi g great with no bad pain all GLORY TO GOD FOR KEEPING ME OUTTA BAD PAIN AND NO INFECTION NO SWELLING NO STIFFNESS NO BLOOD CLOTS AND MY RECOVERY IS GOING GREAT.
129.5 kg Lost so far: 30.7 kg.    Still to go: 29.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
