Got out in my gardens early this morning...just grabbed a cuppa coffee and a bottle of water.
I made excellent progress on my battle against the weeds! LoL
So here I am 5 hours later...
I'm pooped...
I'm starving...
edema is gone....and somehow
🤔 - I feel skinnier! -
I think I'm slowly winning the scale over...it is being nice to me today! LoL
82.1 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg.    Still to go: 5.0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
