stayed the same still bloated from all the sodium and excess calories and carbs I did better yesterday than I did the day before but I'm just hoping I don't gain any weight back and Continue to loose weight...ugh tomorrow is grocery shopping day and I'll be glad we r out-of salad items and everything else gonna try to get chicken tenders from somewhere today maybe something even healthier as I try to stay in my 1700 calories today...still doing physical therapy and feeling so much better than before Thank God....

Sarah hang in there. You're doing great! At least you will get your steps in while grocery shopping 💪🤸‍♂️ the bloating from the carbs will go away quickly! I hope you find the chicken you want.
