1st goal is 175#.
Then 2 and 3# goals after that because I know me. 5#'s all at once is overwhelming !! Short terms for me are much more rewarding and reachable!
Worked outside again today--2nd time this wee--weedeating for 1.5 hrs, maybe 2.
80.9 kg Lost so far: 14.8 kg.    Still to go: 8.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
